TERMS OF SERVICE

The information collected (name, address, phone number, ect.) is solely for the purpose of processing orders and creating shipping labels. We will not share or sell this information with any other entity nor use this information for any other purpose.

The products we offer are tested to the appropriate safety standards for their product category. We are not responsible for any injury that may result from use of the products. Please follow all instructions provided and only use as intended.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

We aim to process and  ship within 1 business day (if not same day). 

WARRANTY TERMS

All returns and warranty claims will be handled by us, the manufacturer, on a ‘Return to Vendor’ basis and we (Valemo Controls) will credit your return accordingly.  We provide a standard 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects and loss of performance.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products, simply send it back within 3 years of purchase and we will refund your purhcase 100%.
